Rolf Harris To Paint Another Royal Portrait

Rolf Harris is rumoured to be following up his portrait of the Queen with a portrait of Prince Philip to commemorate the Royal couple’s 60th wedding anniversary.
The outspoken prince has never been happy with any previous portraits of himself, so it will be interesting to see if Rolf can please the prince.
