The Prince of Wales has been granted planning permission to build a six bedroom house on the grounds of the Duchy of Cornwalls Harewood Park Estate.

The estate was purchased six years ago, and sits on the River Wye in Herefordshire, just over an hour away from the Prince of Wales Highgrove House in Gloucestershire. The new eco-friendly “starter palace” is widely rumoured to be the future marital home of Prince William, especially as his girlfriend, Kate Middleton has been spotted visiting the park on several occasions.
