Chel finally out of African hell - Daily Mirror
Prince Harry’s girl Chelsy Davy is all smiles outside her family home in Cape Town, South Africa, after finally escaping strife-hit Kenya. She was clearly back to her old self during a walk with a family pal – in contrast to the worried Chelsy snapped last week when she was trapped by violent demonstrations…
Queen’s husband sent “cruel” letters to Diana - Reuters
The husband of Queen Elizabeth, accused of being behind a plot to kill Princess Diana, sent her “derogatory” and “cruel” letters, an inquest into her death heard on Thursday. “She was terrified somebody was going to bump her off,” said the therapist, who met the princess in 1993. She used to see her up to five times a week and once spent 10 hours on the phone with her, Simmons told the inquest…
Burrell vows to take Diana’s secrets to the grave - Daily Mail
Paul Burrell has vowed to take Princess Diana’s “innermost secrets” to the grave despite agreeing to appear at her inquest, the Daily Mail can reveal. The former royal butler has told a family friend he is determined not to be “used” by Mohamed Al Fayed when he takes to the witness box at the High Court on Monday. It is one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the sensational six-month hearing…
The drunks and playboys of The Palace - Times Online
Well, it’s only taken 20 years of the media daily referring to the Royal Family’s life as “being like a soap” for someone to finally… make a soap about the Royal Family! Obviously, The Palace doesn’t focus on the real Royal Family. So no – The Palace isn’t about the real Royal Family. Well, not entirely. It might happen to have, as its focus, two young princes – Prince Richard and Prince George…
Guards say they are ‘wet nursing’ royals - The First Post
Angry bodyguards for the Royal Family have joined the row over the cost of round-the-clock security for minor royals as they flit between nightclubs. The protection officers say too much time and money is wasted on “wet nursing” the likes of Princess Beatrice and her sister Eugenie, and that they have been reduced to “mere chauffeurs and gofers”…

Sadly, My Darling Bride (MDB) and I viewed Althorpe through tears last summer–mostly from the incessant bees in the courtyard when we tried to eat lunch, and they tried to eat us.
But anyway, the Royal lads would do well to check out my site, which explains the “do’s” and “don’ts” of courtship, betrothment, dowry, haggling, wedding, flyswatters, goat masseusses and papier mache–plus how to start your own real estate franchise in Kenya.
There’s so much to know.

I don’t get what ur comment is all about, Joe Bunda. But anyway, I want to comment about the debate over the assignment of the Royal Protection Squad.
I believe it’s not just meant to be directed to the Yorks’ girls, but also to the Wales’ brothers. But because Will & Harry is the heir and spare, and they will carry royal duties rather than Bea/Eugenie, so I guess the guards have to put up with whatever Will & Harry want to do and whereever they want to go.
The most disturbing scene for me was the “boozing video” shame by Harry. I keep wondering where’s the bodyguards at that time, or were those people around him, boozing with him, ARE his bodyguards?
Their job IS to look after the Princes from ALL harm, doesn’t matter if that means they have to baby sit them as well, also doesn’t matter how old they are as well. The guards should being given the authority to stop the Princes of doing something over the borderline. After all, if the harm did happen, is the guard who’ll then be blamed.
This debate is also a proof that the royal household doesn’t do their job well in managing the agendas of the young Princes and Princesses. They’re all too spoiled. I’m sure if they have better things to do than partying, the public won’t mind about the assignment of the protection officers (ok, I know about the whole “low-threat” thing, but u never know, those youngsters DO have very close connection with THE leader of the country).
The military training for Will is a good start to “re-branding” the Prince, now who’s next to be “re-brand”.
