RAF scuttles Prince William’s Valentine’s Day plans with Kate
Prince William’s plans for a St Valentine’s heart-to-heart with Kate Middleton were shot down when top brass told him to concentrate on his flying course.
Kate had planned to drive 250 miles to meet Wills amid reports their relationship was under strain.
But bosses confined him to base at RAF Linton, North Yorks, and Wills, 25, had to cancel.
An insider revealed: “He thought he could slip out for a meal but the RAF wanted everyone to stay on base. Kate was going to drive to meet him halfway in Lincolnshire. Instead, they sent cards and will exchange gifts this weekend.”
Kate, 26, was upset not to see Wills the previous weekend when he went with pals to a Cornish nightclub where a guest was later glassed.
Our source added: “His bosses want him to focus and he wants to impress.” Wills is set to earn his wings in April. (via The People)

I’m glad to hear that William & Kate is still doing well and hanging in there. Jenny, it’s doesn’t matter if you are a future King or not, you have to obey RAF and be focused. But I just knew that everything is alright with them. I agree Mariska, my prayers was answered as well. But they always seem to surprise everyone.

Well I don’t think we live in those days if you said no to a future king, something bad will happen to you. William seem to be following their rules. That doesn’t mean that he won’t get a chance to see her and giver her whatever present that he have for her. Another weekend is coming up. But I do wish they will appear in public soon so they can put these tierdsome stories to rest. As I said before, they always surprise us. So… still no get togethers for William and Kate and now she is spending time with Tara. The last time she saw Tara was during the big-break-up. I see a pattern.
Its always someone else’s fault that William doesn’t propose to Kate, or doesn’t see Kate or doesn’t marry Kate.
Its his daddy’s fault!(the report during the Big break-up)
It’s Pr. Phillips fault. Pr.Phillip supposedly told William to get engaged or move on.

Someone is reading our posts and writing articles based on them just as the Will guy said before because on Friday, I had asked you if you had heard of any “Valentine” news between William and her and I said that it would be “very telling” if there were no exchanges between them. Afterwards, several posters almost attacked me saying that the royal family had, “in fact” never celebrated Valentine’s day in the first place, not even minor royals they claimed never celebrated it and I had based my post on the bookies 2-1 that William might pop the question, Hmmmmm, even more telling, eh?

Yes people do get offended when wording like “digging her claws”, “I heard that” but not read, rumors - is used to explain a POV. Those are just a few examples, but anyway I don’t mind as long as bad words are not used.

Jenny, Remember that Kate is a private citizen. She does not have to make her private life public. We do not know what she is doing. If she is working on her photography, it can take months of trial and error to get pictures that are suitable for publication. It is a very painstaking business. If she someday marries PW, then we can keep track of her engagements.

I have a daughter who is 21 and still a virgin! A Most of her friends are not, and truthfully she has a serious boyfriend now so I am not sure she will remain one for long. But you speak to her about the morals in your family, not anyone else’s family! You tell her what you think will be right for her. You tell her she needs to be in love and in a mature relationship. AND Jenny, you cannot tell her that if she isn’t a virgin, she is then worthless, or a wh***. I wouldn’t jump into quick conclusions just because she is laying low and everyone knows that he’s in the RAF. This couple has surpised the public with their once in a while together outings.
I’d believe its over by end 2008 if no news of them together is ever published any more, or he/she end up going out with a different person alone, not in a all boys, all girls, or common friends group outing, this includes all their in circle. The establishment does not make announcement of their private lives, but they did issue an official press statement of his engagements with the RAF and Navy for the entire planned year 2008. This to me and its only my opinion is to prepare the press that he will be busy 2008 and no more hu ha chasing from the papz or press. I’m sure this was discussed between them (PW/KM) - its a fact that she is off the radar. As I said before, no one really knows her whereabouts. She has indeed kept low.
And if he goes out with another girl, its obvious the press will do the works of finding out all the background of the friend, g/f, they always do so, looking for flaws to spread in the tabloids. Thats what sells right. As Steven says, every piece (article) has an angle to it.
