Princess Eugenie steps into the spotlight
Princess Eugenie has said her parents are the “best divorced couple I know”, in an interview to mark her birthday.
The princess, who is sixth in line for the throne and turns 18 on 23 March, described her family in an interview with Tatler magazine.
Accompanied by glamorous pictures, the princess said the Queen is “truly one of the most amazing women ever”.
“She is also very funny. All I can say is that she has this air of magic about her,” she added.
Princess Eugenie said her parents, the Duke and the Duchess of York, had a very amicable split.
She said: “They are the best divorced couple I know. I don’t remember much of the divorce happening. They just always went out of their way to make us feel loved and secure.”
She also admitted to bickering with her older sister Princess Beatrice.
“Like all sisters we have silly arguments about unimportant stuff, but we do love each other to death,” she said.
Princess Eugenie is studying for her A-Levels at Marlborough College in Wiltshire where she is head of the poetry society.
The princess is to celebrate her birthday in a low-key event with family and close friends. (via BBC News)

Sorry admin, just want to repeat my message. This article seems more suitable *lol*.
Happy early birthday to P. Eugenie! She’s so georgeus. I hope she won’t be a mad party-goer and made bad headlines
Her father, P. Andrew is currently in my country! It’s really surprising, there’s no news that he’s going to visit my country. We had a visit from Japanese royals in January, but the information announced to the public since a month before.
One of the places he visited is British Council/British Chamber of Commerce, which located in the same building with my office. Some of my colleagues bumped into him at the building lobby at lunch time. Unlucky me, I had to eat lunch at my workstation instead of going out to lunch with them After lunch time, suddenly the whole office is talking about the British RF *lol*
The media in my country seemed also not aware. Not much coverage on him. I wish P. Andrew did a light interview. That would be cool.
