If something happened to him during the deployment, the RF would otherwise be stuck with a fiance. I guess it would be difficult to know what to do with her then. I guess if we still don't get an official announcement after his military service it's fair to say that he hasn't made up his mind but so far I could see why an engagement would not have been announced yet. I should think her only sad spot was during the romantic slow dances when she had to sit it out although she did seem to be enjoying her dance with Chelsy.
