Does anyone else think that Chelsy’s mom looks like she had a facelift or two? Her skin looks so strained.

You have to be very careful with cosmetic surgery. These days I think older women are better off opting for the botox injections rather than a full face lift. Speaking of Joan Rivers has anyone noticed how she went from being a Diana fan when she was alive to now sucking up to Charles and Camilla?

No because everyone but Chelsy manages not to be pictured when entering and leaving CH. Interesting how the paps are always conveniently around when she’s there but we never get any pics of William, Harry or Kate in front of the palaces.
I never saw a pic of William or Harry going in and out either. I guess that means they don’t actually spend any time there. :rolleyes:

I just made an observation, from photos I’ve seen, maybe some of you here have seen her, I was just curious.

You know you’re right. Come to think of it I’ve never seen any of them (Charles, Camilla, William, Harry) entering or leaving Clarence House, Highgrove, Birkhall etc. I’m not accusing Chelsy of do anything wrong or inappropriate. But maybe she used a different entrance or something.

The second Carole Middleton is seen at one of the palaces the Kate haters will accuse her of being nothing more than a social climber whose riding her daughter’s coattails. We all know that where Kate and her family are concerned they can’t win with some people.

Right, imagine that had been Kate and her mom. We’d have about 50 hateful comments on the DM site about them by now.
But Chelsy can of course spend as much of her parents’ money as she wishes and have almost 4 months of vacation this year already without a word being said. Her mom can pay for her daughter to move all the way to the UK for her royal b/f, open up her house for them to vacation in during the summer and even travel all the way to England to have tea in CH.
But God beware Carole Middleton as much as dares give a brief smile to a photographer in the street. It’s really rather ridiculous and I hope everyone of them has a very good sense of humour about it.

Kate, when she stays with William at Clarence House might have have a driver to take her around per William. That’s why you don’t see Kate, William and Harry, they just drive right in and don’t get off at the front gates by taxi as Chelsy and her mom did. I don’t think it’s a big deal because Charles, Camilla and the Queen are at Balmoral anyway. Maybe even Kate and William who knows? Camilla had perks long before Charles married her and I am sure Kate has at least security now, which could be provided per William income. We know what CH states that Kate does not have, but as with Camilla, it does not mean that she is not provided with it.

Sorry to post again just read Trixie’s DM change. Maybe some one can fill me in but I was under the impression that the Garter ceremony was a royal event, perhaps not black tie, and that only wives and engaged couples could attend. DM acts like this is the first time that Kate has been to a royal engagement, it might be Chelsy first but I would think the Garter was a pretty big deal that Kate attended and she was shown publicly attending it .

Some people would deem it as a PR move, because any other member has never been shot in the main gate of CH.

But, seriously think that Pinkerton called the DM to pull out that photo, some reason to, same reason as to the heavy change of the article.

The DM hacks don’t put that much thought into what they write. They don’t care if it’s accurate or not. The original article was all over the place- it started with Chelsy and her mom then ended talking about how much money the Queen has. It looks like the focus of the article was supposed to be Chelsy and how she’s being more accepted. That’s why they went with the having tea at Clarence House angle. Only problem is everybody is at Balmoral (except maybe William). But a story about Chelsy and her mom visiting Prince Harry wasn’t interesting enough on its own so they added the other stuff. And Kate was sort of mentioned for no reason.

Gracie, The Order of The Gater was a very important royal event and yes it spoke many words when Kate attended with Harry and members of the royal family. It was also very important to have Kate & Chelsy both sitting with the royal family at Peter’s wedding. So they are recognized by The Queen and the royal family as the Prince’s longtime companions. I truly think the reason why Chelsy is built up by people and Kate is constantly put down is because some are threatend by Kate. For some reason, I just feel that people are threatend by her.

Did you guys see the Queen and Prince Philip sitting in a African American Church service in the documentary? I thought they looked very funny because I don’t think they are use to seeing a choir like that and people praising God like that. In the churches they go to, no one raise their hands and shout “Thank you Jesus”. (I couldn’t stop laughing at that)

How can Chelsy be a breath of fresh air when she is always covered in smoke. Atleast she did not have a cig hanging out of her mouth this time. Thank god.

Lisa, I agree. I am so tired of DM constant negative press on Kate. I think that if the Queen/CH wanted Kate to have a job ( because working for your family is not considered one)before an engagement is announced than Kate would not have left Jigsaw in the first place. Kate does what CH wants her to do, like dropping out of rowing charity. Although I love animals I think Kate could find a better charity to do. The Diana comparison are going to happen no matter what, they happen now. Plus, animal charities will create difficulties cause Kate has been seen hunting with William. If they get engaged in early December and marry in Feburary, that will be a short engagement. I will be on pregnancy watch if it that quick!

It says a lot about what she thinks of her readers intelligence because nobody with 2 brain cells to rub together would ever believe this stupid story she keeps pushing. If Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II wanted Kate Middleton to get a job (outside of helping her parents) all she would have to do is tell Kate to her face or make the arrangements herself. The next thing you know we’d read about Kate’s new job with the Red Cross or some fancy art gallery. And people like Nicholl would never even know the Queen was involved at all. HM is known for her discretion. At least the Daily Star came up with a new made up story for their Sunday edition- Charles will be stepping aside for William to become king. Bwahahahaha!!

I agree about the Katie Nicholls piece. She didn’t write anything for quite some time.I had hoped already someone had mercy and fired her but unfortunately she’s still there. The sad thing is the more the DM repeats this old line of the Queen wanting Kate to work and Kate not complying (though she does everything CH says but then the Queen lives in BP ), the more people will believe it.
The little details in the article clearly show that there is no actual source behind it (other than TRF which seems to be the DM’s primary source).
Kate doesn’t live in Chelsea anymore, she hasn’t been seen out shopping in London, she’s certainly not using some gym in CH, the picture they use is from 2006 and Kate hasn’t been seen frequently “partying” or “socialising” without William this year at all and noone but the peeps at TRF calls her “Waity Katie”.
I also agree that it wouldn’t be very convincing for her to support an animal charity when she apparently enjoys hunting. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with hunting but the respective organisations like PETA etc. would be all over her for it.
In a nut shell another completely ridiculous and further more poorly researched piece by the DM – why am I not surprised?

I’d be willing to bet Katie Nicholls’ sources were the same as ours, the NOTW!! . Knowing about the Roller Party committee thing isn’t miraculous, there is a website about it with Kate Middleton’s name on there as a committee member. No one needs any special ‘insider sources’ to know about it. If Katie Nicholl had known about the Oxford Children’s Hospital charity thing before the website went up, then I would’ve been impressed. But she didn’t write about it in her column until AFTER the website went up. Not only that, but Katie Nicholl’s article and the NOTW article were released at the same time. Katie Nicholl is just pititful IMO.

Lisa it’s all real and Catherine is on the committee. I think she is involved in other things but privately. Things are coming to light in a step by step process.

So as I expected,Katie Nicholl used that event to make the trash in her articles look legit…sad and underhanded.

While I am glad to see Kate doing this event,I fear because of the low admission price and the hign profile aspect of the event, it may turn into a tabloid/press circus. I wish her luck. She is going to need it.

The DM is and has always been a trashy tabloid that does not appeal to the masses in the UK. They treat William and Kate’s romance/relationship as tabloid gossip. I suspect the vast majority of the comments come from these people who spend their days bashing Kate on websites that the author of the article has been PROVEN to visit and use as a”source”. Once the engagement is made public, people in the mainstream will get a chance to express how they feel about the future wife of prince William and I bet a very different sentiment will come out. When millions line the streets to see Kate exit a coach and walk into whatever church they will be married in, the rambleings of a few misguided ones will be long forgotten.

B,I cannot speak for anyone else but have felt for awhile now that they at least have an agreement in place as to when the marriage will take place and it is just a matter of the timing. As the future King,William has a responsibility to produce an heir and there is no way,IMO he would be with Kate this long if there was not an understanding between them and the family that a marriage would come out of this. As for the DM, I cannot respect a “newspaper” that takes information off of a website patrolled by people with only venom for someone they have not met and whom owes them NOTHING and uses it as a “source”.

Lisa, I totally agree with you 110%. Of course William and Kate have an agreement and have had one for a long time. They are slowly yet steadily preparing the public until the formal announcement will be anti-climatic. And the loudest haters all know this, which is why they are loud and have stepped up attacks in her if that is possible. Very hard to deny what is blatantly obvious to anyone who deals in reality….that William and Kate two are headed for the alter, the only question is St. Georges, the Abbey, St. Paul’s and which tiara will Kate wear.
