Well, that time it is definately not her fault. I feel sorry for her that it was revealed. She sent a couple of texts to some friends (who she obviously thought she could trust) and this is revealed to everyone. I know I sometimes do the same with my boyfriend, if he sends me flowers or even a jokey present I tell me close friends.
At least we know Harry’s got a sense of humour!

Well but Chelsy’s friends are her responsibility. She’s been in the spotlight long enough to know how the game works and to be suspicious whom to trust especially when this is not the first time private information about her was shared with the papers. Apparently she needs a lesson or two in kowledge of human nature.
You can’t be everybody’s darling and keep your private life private at the same time. You must either chose to live with such rather embarrassing information being published about you or you stop seeing everyone you meet as a “friend” who can and should be trusted.
I have to admit I find the whole thing rather childish and way below the maturity level I would expect of 20-somethings but since Chelsy apparently found it funny, it’s alright I guess.

Kate’s friends have leaked a lot especially recently. Look at the job case, it was her friends that said that to Hello! which everyone here believes to be true. It was also her friends that have said 1001 other things as well.
Chelsy can’t help it and neither can Kate.

Kate is older and has more experience with the media than Chelsy has. But I think Kate is just a more cautious person in general and you would have to be in order to be with William. I believe that Kate has had to learn through trial and error about who she aligns herself with and she tends to keep to some old friends and Williams friends. I am just surprised that Chelsy has not wised up by now and realized that she needs to eliminate some of her friends or just don’t put yourself in these positions. I also think that Chelsy can’t control the alcohol and then next thing you know, she in DM passed out. She is not a normal 22 year old, she is dating a prince and should think more about her actions and how they reflect on her character. Does not mean I don’t think she is a nice girl, just perhaps to trusting of others.

It is common knowledge that stories leaked by ‘ friends ‘ are either as a result of the ‘ friend ‘ failing a test to see how much of a friend they are or in some cases acting as the mouthpiece and revealing what they have been asked to reveal…

Chelsy has been dating PH for practically the same time that KM has been dating PW and both have been in the public eye for similar amounts of time. IMO, Kate’s friends have leaked just as much as Chelsy’s friends have. I’m not defending either of them but I don’t think we should turn a blind eye to Kate’s friends so easily. Kate has got to chose her friends more wisely; someone else said so a few weeks ago.
Chelsy spent a lot of time abroad and has only been in the UK for a year, thus she has only made friends within the UK recently. As a result, she has not had as much time to work out who she can trust and who she cannot. It is only since she has been in the Uk that we have received more information and details. Kate on the other hand has had about 3 years since university in which she has been in the public eye (especially since winter 2006). That has given her a longer time. Kate is also or was based in London and it has been said before that she dropped a lot of her own friends from uni. I think she has the same friends now as William; judging from what we hear and see. On the other hand, Chelsy is in Leeds so has had to make her own friends.
I don’t think it is Chelsy’s fault and I don’t think it is Kate’s fault to a large extent. I think sometimes things are leaked and they just do not know who has leaked them. If they have a large group of friends it may just be one individual but they do know who.
IMO, both are as mature as each other.

Chelsy was in school in the UK from that age of 11. She was educated in Cheltenham. The people she knows in the UK, she knows from back then. They are not strangers she met only recently. Also she would have all the reason to be more cautious around strangers anyways.
I’m not believing that every article that SAYS it’s information are from friends actually are. Often “friends” is just a synonym to cover speculation by either the gossip journalist himself or online forums. It were not William’s “friends” who call Kate “Waitie Katie” it was an online forum. I also doubt any “friend” told the paper about her job at her parents. Many online have been saying for months that this is probably what’s going on, there were pics of her at party pieces etc. so it doesn’t take a “friend” to tell the press that. They just attribute those information to friends to make it sound more reliable.
How many times did “friends” tell the press something about Kate which later turned out to be total b/s? And how many times do “friends” supposedly say something totally negative about Kate no friend would surely tell a paper?
However this recent info about Chelsy just like all the pics of her MUST have been reveiled by someone very close because no stranger could have known or guessed what happened or have access to her pictures. That’s, IMO, information only a friend could have known especially because it’ very detailled. I’m not saying that everytime the press says a friend of Chelsy’s said this or that, it is true but THIS TIME someone close to her surely talked and not aboutonly her but about something Harry did.
Whereas most of what we learn about Kate is nothing but speculation based on the little info we get. Like she misses William (D’uh which g/f wouldn’t), she likes to work out (rather obvious given her fit, toned body), she doesn’t know which job to take (specualtion based on the fact that noone knows her employment status) … we do not know anything really about the two women she seem closest to namely Trinny Lough and Emilia D’Erlanger etc. or what she actually DOES the times when she’s not in the public eye. And IF something was indeed leaked by friends than only concerning info about Kate and Kate alone never anything about William.
To me this is a different quality of information compared to the one we get on Chelsy.
