Three years ago, Prince Harry was raising eyebrows with his rough-and-ready antics in Alberta.

Today, as the Prince celebrates his 24th birthday, he exudes an air of calm and maturity. Stationed at a military base outside Medicine Hat, Alta., he is preparing for his next mission, but still took the time to chat with locals at a Medicine Hat bar.

This week’s issue of HELLO! Canada, available on newsstands starting Sept. 18, catches up with Harry and features a moving family photo album of the Prince over the past 24 years.

This issue also has an article on Prince William as he joins the Royal Air Force full-time.
