Prince William Comes To The Aid of Car Crash Victims

Prince William ordered his protection team to stop and help after coming across a car crash earlier in the week.

The prince was on his way home after a night out in London when his limo passed a car that had collided head on with a van in West Drayton, Middlesex.

He told his driver to stop and wanted to get out and help, but his bodyguards told him to remain in the vehicle in case it was part of a plan to kidnap him.

His protection team went to the aid of the three victims and assisted them until the ambulance arrived.  The family injured in the crash were from Berkshire, and were taken to hospital with neck and knee injuries, cuts and bruises.

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson confirmed that the caring prince had stopped at the accident.

A source told The Sun newspaper:

William saw the crash and was anxious to help but his personal protection officers would not let him get out in case it was a trap.  His mother died in a car crash and there was no way he would have let his people leave before making sure everyone was being treated.
