Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie at Milan Fashion Show
Most teenage daughters wouldn’t be seen dead in the same clothes as their mothers.
But it appears Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were taking style tips from their mother as they stepped out at Milan Fashion Week last night.
The trio looked like they had dressed from the same wardrobe as they attended designer Roberto Cavalli’s post-show party wearing little black dresses with plunging necklines.
Leading the way down the red carpet was the 49-year-old Duchess of York, who is an old friend of the Italian designer, in a low cut spaghetti strap dress with a puffball skirt.
Goldsmiths University student Beatrice, 20, was dressed the most modestly of the three with a heart-shaped neckline and capped sleeves, while her 18-year-old sister Eugenie flashed her legs in a T-shirt dress.

Not every woman on earth is average skinny, they will never be, referring to Beatrice and Eugenie. They’ve got there mum’s metabolism.

I really think those girls look good. I think it’s very important for a woman to have some meat on her bones. You can tell they are very comfortable in their skin.

Right !
Perhaps Bea needs a bit of weight control.

All three are attractive ladies. However, I wish that these three (and all of the younger royals) had a more developed sense of modesty. It would be more feminine for them to be covered up a little… and they are representing the monarchy, wherever they go.
One question: I thought that female members of the royal family were not “allowed” to wear black, unless they are in mourning. Is this tradition still in force?

Comments like the above about girls weight are why some girls end up with eating disorders. Not everyone is a size zero 2 or even a 4. Some girls are a little bigger and that is just the way it is. All three look beautiful. There are no plunging necklines and all three women have tights on, nothing provocative about any of their out fits…..

Real women have curves.
Those girls are perfectly healthy. They have active lifestyles. I doubt they are living on junk food (anymore than any other person their age). No need to diet to just reach some arbitrary weight to satisfy some unrealistic image.

Thanks for that link Rman.
Female members of the RF are allowed to wear black. I distinctly remember Diana and Margaret wearing black. I think its a colour many do not wear because they like to be seen, it goes with the job.
With regards the Bea & Eug, personally, I didn’t think those dresses suited them.
I’m not sure if these girls are as big as they look, as I am aware certain film can make you look bigger and taller than what you actually are.

Selecting the right clothes is necessary especially if you are photographed all the time. It is fine not to be skinny, but at least know your body (what clothes work with you not against you) and don’t wear really tight things that expose too much. It seems Bea might struggle with her weight more than Eugenie. I personally think Eugenie looks healthy.
