Prince Harry has been seen taking a supposed “dead ringer” for ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy back to his royal residence after a long night out, a report claims.
The 24-year-old prince, whose relationship with Davy ended last month, was said to be “all over” 27-year-old Astrid Harbord as they club-hopped around London on Friday night, British tabloid News of the World reports.
Harbord is an old friend of Kate Middleton, the long-time girlfriend of Harry’s brother Prince William.
Harry and Harbord were seen laughing together as they partied at exclusive venues including the Park Lane Hilton and Raffles nightclub, before taking a car back to Harry’s palatial Clarence House at about 3.15am.
No-one was seen leaving the tightly guarded residence for some hours, the newspaper reported.
The British media have seized on Harbord’s blonde hair and facial features to make inevitable comparisons to Davy.
A daughter of a wealthy publisher, Harbord and her sister were reportedly dubbed ‘The Hardcore Sisters’ at university because they loved to party, with Astrid once even boasting to a newspaper about her drinking ability.
“We’ll probably drink half a bottle of white wine a day in an average week, maybe more,” she was quoted as saying.
“We’re recovering at the moment after a huge drinking session in the K Bar for a friend’s 21st birthday party last night.”
Davy, the prince’s girlfriend of five years, dumped him last month after reportedly becoming “fed up” with his playboy antics. (via NineMSN)

I thought the royals were supposed to keep a low profile and not do the same things they were doing before but I see PH keeps having his party antics.
By the way, I dont consider this Aussie girl to be a good candidate for a royal girlfriend. Look at the way she is dressed, she looks like a street hooker. She could make a good match with PH because PH has the same behavior but I dont think the royals would ever welcome a girl who looks like a street hooker. The royals will obviously prefer someone more serious and well centered.

Apparently, Harry has a thing for hard-looking blonds. Now, the second son tends to be a tad more wild than the oldest (i.e. Prince Andrew), but really, this is ridiculous. He needs to concentrate on his career and his royal duties and stop partying all the time. Dating can come later, when he is ready to deal with it in a mature fashion.

Unfortunately Colourpress only keeps their front page photos for a day, and then they replace them with others.
If anyone has a Colourpress login they can see the enlarged photo.
I used to be able to see Colourpress photos, but that changed in 2007.
Maybe someone else has access to the Colourpress pics? I’d love to see the enlarged version of that photo. Or maybe a newspaper will carry the story.

I am just catching up on the Janet Jenkins letters and I am a little taken aback. I guess no one could ever say that Charles didn’t get a chance to sow his wild oats because sow his wild oats he did even while he was married…. No idea when the marriage of Jecca and Hugh will take place but it should be within the next couple of months I think?? If it is anything like Jecca’s brother’s wedding I don’t think we will see any pictures if they decide to get married in Africa, but it will be interesting to see if Kate is allowed to go along….

Obviously William has been busy since joining the RAF and Kate has kept a low profile, but other then that,it seems it’s business as usual with them. I think she will go to the races this week. She always does.
To the man I’ll call “Ron” at that Other Royal Website, and those other naysayers who are claiming William & Kate “are just good friends now” because PW has “put a good deal of distance between them” I suggest taking a brief ride upon the Logic Train:
1) type Google, then click the “Maps” feature — two hours away by car for a girl who can get to Mustique 3 times a year is not impossible. As a girl who can drive AND talk on her cell at the same time, me thinks Kate has got the skillz to get to Shawbury and back each and every weekend.
2) yeah, so what — it does look like William has put marriage on the backburner for now but it’s not like he’s locked up in a monastery as we can see from the photographic evidence of PW taking Kate to Fat Duck in London. Btw, that was a clever move William — what with you wearing the baseball cap accompanied by Kate’s unmistakable mane, I nearly mistook you for an American tourist named Larry.
3) While other girls might take offense that PW has other priorities than his GF at the moment, we can all breathe a sigh of relief that Kate is not like other girls. She’s got the tenacity to stick to this, so when people claim William’s long stint in the RAF “doesn’t bode well” they clearly don’t know what they are talking about.
Kate’s not going anywhere, and William is obviously delighted with that.

I don’t pay much attention to those sites. Many of them are upset that William & Kate has been seen out & about. That’s not somemthing they wanted to happen. I guess they wanted William to carry her on his back. Also many think they should still be in their puppy love stage, it’s been seven years and that it gone. They are adults and they carry out a grown up relationship. Just because he walked ahead of her means nothing. It’s just nice to see William focus on what’s important other than training and duties. I do hope to see her at the races.

Friendship is very important in a relationship & passion fades after a time, however Rman I think Wills & Kate are affectionate with each other, they just don’t feel the need to grope each other in public. Yeah I know JJ. There are people who just believe they are friends and nothing else, which is so far from the truth and it has been since 2002. Some also believe if they don’t see William with Kate, that must mean he’s not seeing her at all. I don’t know JJ, somethimes I ask myself “do these people think about what they are saying?”, I guess not. But there will come a time when these two get married, and all of that non-sense will end. I can’t tell you how much I am looking forward to that day. I just hope we’re not living in space by that time. I’m being patient though, I’m just tierd of the non-sense. I just had my boss look at those other sites and she laughed.

It was good to see them together and I hope this is not as good as it’s going to get.
I’ll pass on a few comments that I have heard without comment.
KM and an unknown couple were in Tom’s Kitchen and PW came in alone several minutes after them.
PW left before KM and waited for her on the pavement.
KM’s car was apparently in or near Sydney Street and she left in her car with the ‘unknown’ couple. PW left in a car with driver and another person before KM as she waited for the other two people.
KM was not wearing a ring that PW gave her several years ago and was not coiffured and stylish as she usually is and was without her usual make up.
Tom’s Kitchen in Cale street is a pretty rough and ready ‘caf’ and not as swish as the reastaurant about a hundred yards away both owned by Tom Aitken.
I can neither confirm or deny the above but I have used both eating houses several times .
Yeah I noticed she wasn’t wearing any make up. I guess she don’t like looking perfect all the time. She wears that ring everynow and then. Like at the Order of the Garter service, she didn’t have it on. It seem like they had a nice lunch date. I hope we see her with a big sized diamond on her finger soon.
The thing I am trying to work out is how the paps found out about it. I am of the mind that St.J’s tipped off the paps. Purely because they are aware of the recent criticism of William and possibly the rumours about their relationship.
I don’t believe those who believe they have split up. It strikes me if they had parted then the last thing they would be doing is meeting up with friends in tow.
Its possible things may be strained. William is in RAF training, then there was the documentaries which were critical of his lack of Royal Duties. By the way, he will be in London on the 12th and 13th carrying out RDuties.
I daresay they do have their up’s and downs, but I do admire the way they manage to resolve these things privately.
I have never doubted them as a couple. The only doubts I have is Williams aversion to the media, that to me is a major concern and something he needs to find a way of resolving.
I realise Cheltenham is starting this week. Then there is Jecca’s wedding, but most important of all is when the polo season starts up. I expect to see Kate in the cheering lines and when I see that I shall be cheering both of them on.
Rman, what we want to see her wearing is a Bentley headlight.
As far as no makeup, Kate is a natural beauty. I can’t think of a time I’ve seen her with anything other than the faintest smear of lip gloss.
Ked, the story is interesting but why would Kate continue to hide out if she was no longer with William? Carole, Pippa and James all strike me as fairly outgoing, confident people and there would be little reason to suspect that Kate wouldn’t be much the same.
I’d think if it was indeed over romantically, Kate would want to get that out in the open, so that everyone could write their stories and be done with it. Within a few months, she’d be back to a normal life — free to pursue a career, charitable endeavors, what have you, without any fear of what the Palace, press, and public would think.
Oh I’m sure they have their ups and downs like all couples. Personally I think it’s just best to get these 18 months of training over with and hang his training suit up. It’s just time for them to get on with things already. I know they were hiding from the paps but I think it’s time to stop doing that. I remember Diana use to do that when she was out and about in London. I guess they don’t like giving the paps what they want all the time.
People don’t seem to understand that if these two was over, they would have avoided being seen in public altogether. They wouldn’t continue to play games with the press and public.

I don’t know where PW is stationed these days but it seems that since early February he has been spending lots of time in and about London.
I think someone also mentioned earlier that he was due back in London for two or three days next week which hasn’t given much time for helicopter training or the ‘book’ work he would be expected to do in off duty times.
I don’t think the paps did know that PW and KM were at the kitchen because in the past they have been known to use TA’s more up market restaurant near by.
I know it’s been said in the past that KM would go into a restaurant first and asses the table and seating arrangements but I understand that she was sittingdown drinking and awaiting a meal when PW arrived several minutes after KM sat down with a couple.
I don’t know what happened afterwards but they did leave separately and KM waited for the couple to come to her car in Sydney Srteet.
That is what I heard lunch time today.
Yeah it seems like they met up for lunch and spent the day together. They really make the effort to be with each other.
Ked do you think we will see more of him doing royal duties now? because on thursday is was just due to attend a dinner to mark Centrepoints 40th anniversary but now they added a reception for The Child Bereavement Charity.

I just don’t know but it looks as if the helicopter training is on hold now unless he has sufficient hours on the Squirrel helicopter and is now waiting to start the S and R training which it appears is also to be a Shawbury.
I unsterstood that S and R training took place on an operational base like Valley and that trainee pilots took part in training flights as crewe members. Perhaps they have rearranged the training now that the numbers of S and R helicopters have been reduced by over 50% to subsidise requirements in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Government announced a hold on purchases of new helicopters for Armay and RAF so perhaps training schedules have changed but I don’t really know.
People need to stop telling other people what to do.
