The going may have been good to soft at the Cheltenham Festival but that did not deter Zara Phillips from wearing a fashionable pair of high-heeled black suede frilled boots.

The Queen’s grand-daughter avoided the puddles in the paddock as she watched the Irish jockey Ruby Walsh achieve the first of his hat trick of wins on a nearby big screen.

The Princess Royal’s daughter, 27, wore a navy blue coat with red stitching and carried a red shiny handbag as she joined friends on the second day of the annual event. (via the Telegraph)
