Carl Philip (and Orlando Bloom for that matter) both look "girlie" while the 3 Casiraghis look rather "ghoulie" IMO. No list based upon looks could hope to satisfy everyone. However, this list measures "hotness" (as in a hot topic) and the main quantifier was media coverage, followed by family wealth, etc. And there is no doubt that the young British royals outrank all others using such criteria.
