Prince Harry awarded Horsa Trophy by RAF
The Sun reports that Prince Harry has received a top award after completing the first phase of his RAF helicopter training…
He was voted by instructors and fellow trainee Army Air Corps pilots as “the man you would most want on your squadron”. The 24-year-old Royal walked away with the sought-after Horsa Trophy as he graduated from initial training at RAF Barkston Heath, Lincs.
Lieutenant Wales, as he is known, received the trophy in front of 100 fliers and ground staff.
A source said: “It shows he is not only popular, but has natural pilot skills.”
