Zara Phillips has let rip at paparazzi who have been hounding her at the Badminton Horse Trials. The Daily Mail has the story…
She raged at the press pack following her: ‘This is a competition, not a ****ing social event!’
Her outburst came the day after a member of the paparazzi allegedly caused her horse, Ardfield Magic Star, to rear as she entered the dressage arena.
After getting the message off her chest she did, however, offer a half-hearted apology.
‘I’m not blaming you, it’s just people like that [the paparazzi] who give you lot a bad name,’ she said, then offered a wave.Her mood was further lightened later when she came ninth in the dressage event on her other horse, Toytown.

I will join you at keeping our fingers crossed that Kate is with William tomorrow. I can’t imagine how she will feel being in public again. There is difinitely a new dynamic to the relationship. The event is happening near her home. So it will be interesting as to what happens. I am hoping that William and Harry will take her to the match. I am just anxious to see Kate. It has been awhile.

Kat, Lisa something is telling me that these two are engaged. They silenced the rubbish in the press and Kate has not been seen out on the town lately, her family hasn’t been seen lately either. I thought something was fishy when they went to Scotland and then William was seen leaving her house after her birthday. Then that french artical came up and mentioned that it all kick off in Scotland. Everything has been very wierd since this year started. I could be slowly losing my mind but something is telling me that it really did happen this year. If they did get engaged, when are they planning to announce it? If I remember correctly, the french artical didn’t say that it would be announced in March but they guessed that it would be in March. I don’t know, that artical really got me thinking.

why does noone comment on the arcticle in australia based on kates family, mainly her brother. I just wonder if an arcticle like that will do irreperable damage to kate in the eyes of the queen. i am a huge fan of kate and hope for them to be married but i agree with lisa there is something not quite right and that arcticle really made the middletons look ”unclassy’. You don’t have to be friends with Zara to attend the Badminton Horse trials. Jeccca could obviously be there to support somebody else or just to watch the event.
The way things have been lately I would be very surprised if Kate attended todays’s match. I think she’ll stay miles away from it.

The pictures aren’t that bad if you look at them thinking the family is “run over ” by the paparazzi. They are not drunk, they have cameras in their faces.
Have these pictures appeared in the British media? I’d say there is a good chance that the family were being harassed by the paparazzi and that’s why none of the British papers bought the photos?

What do you mean by this? The silence and lack of appearances? How long can this go on? Is she not allowed out of the house? Kate seemed to enjoy these types of event like Cheltenham which she also did not attend this year. It\’s kinda odd,IMO.
Well the main person to attend the Cheltenham races was the Queen and I don’t think Kate wanted to take the attention off her. The Queen’s horse ran, I think.
Lisa, something is telling me that it really did happen. We just saw them on their skiing trip so I highly doubt they broke up but I can’t shake this feeling that they are engaged. They gave the press a slip twice, the Scotland trip then the skiing trip and I think that is what made things seem so wierd.

Rman,I really think they are just probably trying to drum up bets in a weak economy. Think about it…they have dropped these odds before and nothing happened. Point de Vue mag swore by their sources, calling them “impeccable”. Lets just hope for some pictures today.

Lisa maybe right on this one. There have been a lot of similar type bets before. I think if anything will be announced this year it will not be until the latter part of the year, that is November/December. I’m keeping my eyes peeled for the polo match for any picture. No one seems to have reported on it as yet….
I actually think the William Hill thing on the Royalist site may be old because I searched the entire WH site and can find nothing at all. This is very frustrating.

No as far as I have seen they only appeared in the Sydney Herald and another Australian publication Woman’s something or another. I did find it very odd that they didn’t report it over here which might point to the press having some sort of agreement with the family over here. Nothing concrete of course but maybe…

I don’t think there is a Polo match today. First, the tip was given by KN at DM, so..? I always thought JC and HC got married in March, but maybe it’s today in the UK? It’s very odd that the press would not print anything about the Polo match as it is for charity and it helps PR. I have found nothing of an Audi Polo Match on the internet and what I do get is from 2007 match.
Well I just came across the DJ’s Twitter page and he said that he is having a great day at the polo event and enjoying the day with William so there is a polo event today but there is no pictures yet.

Just to point out in the Daily Express artical they state that William & Kate had “a brief separation”, they don’t mean that they actually separated but means that William has been very busy with his training. That is something she has to share him with. I just wanted to point that out before people go crazy over that statement.

I broke the first rule- about commenting about outrageous allegations. I hope that the rule is to ignore them and they might go away. I am not saying that everyone has a right to free speech. However, that freedom ends when the words are not only hurtful but down right nasty. The bottom line is that there are people who do not think that they are together. It will take a wedding and a blissfully happy life together to change some minds. Even though, there are people who will never like Kate no matter what she does. I hope for William and Kate that they do get married and live a long happy life together. I am just hapy to see them togethre walking arm in arm. I have said it before and I’ll say it again-with them it is not pda it’s PDA. It is not the public display of affection but Private Display of Affection.

Well atx and stricklyspeaking, unfortunately there are some “Kate Haters” out there and yes we should respect eveyone’s opinion, but many of their opinions go way beyond opinions and they turn into very horrible and nasty attacks. I think we all have to give Kate a chance and we have to understand that dating a high profile prince today is no walk in the park. It may look very glamourous and grand but it really takes some major effort and strength to be Wiliam’s girlfriend. She deserves a chance.

I agree, Rman. I think it’s kind of annoying that people are picking apart small details about people’s posts and saying that they flat out despise someone. That’s not the case though. I don’t agree with what Strickly said, but I’m not going to bash him for it. There are shades of gray in people’s thoughts and opinions.
Yes, I do realize that there are people who jump in and leave rediculous comments, but can’t we chalk that up to some fourteen-year-old that is jealous and move on? I only take into consideration the posts from people who have legitimate arguements. It’s really unnerving that some people will just jump into a fight as fast as they can.
Anyways, the pictures are wonderful. I hope that they marry if that’s what they want. I just hope it’s relatively soon so there is no more speculation. After five to seven years this song and dance is getting boring. I hope it is true that Autumn is pregnant. (I know they would have gorgeous children!) Lastly, I hope Zara performed well at Badmiton.

Well most likely in the morning, we will see Hello! talking about it and more articals but it was just really good to see them. I know Sunday wasn’t the best day for the people who thought William & Kate was over but I really think we should all be happy for William and show some respect for his relationship with Kate. The most important thing here is that he is happy. I highly doubt he would be with her to this day if he wasn’t happy. I think he mother would want him to be happy too.
In the Sun, it was said that William & Kate went to his apartment at St. James’s Palace, I didn’t know he moved there. I just thought he only had a office at St. James’s.
