Interesting thoughts. We will have to see what happens.

Does anyone else think that PW’s new advisors are playing a new type of game.

In the past PW and KM were only seen out and about frivolously wasting their time together at clubs and parties without being really serious . At the same time anonymous sources put out the stories that , yes they are boy/girl friends of long standing but without commitment with attention drawn to PW’s statement that marriage before his 30th birthday out of the question.

They then reportedly broke up but got together very quickly with reports that they were very good and old friends being released by CH advisors

The reports of the relationship were cooled down by frequent non appearance together and even PW’s frequent (but) apparent displeasure and even distase whenever they were together with his annoyance with being photographed with KM clearly shown on his face.

The engagement rumour mill continued and tales of ‘break up make up’ appeared almost weekly leading eventually to reports of dresses, cakes, venues, homes etc but culminating with PW’s sudden and surprising announcement that he was to become and RAF regular. This took everyone by surprise including KM who was under the impression that 2009 was to be the year of her marriage but eventually they were still together but the scene had changed.

KM went into ‘purdah’ and the couple were hardly seen together but KM did appear at several important semi royal events often in the company of members of the Royal Familly leading to engagement rumours et again.

These rumours continued so did his new advisors suggest a new technique. They were occasionally seen together happy and seemingly enjoying one anothers company but the sightings were infrequent with weeks between each sighting which was consistent with PW’s training schedules contadicted occasionally by PW appearing in and around London alone and on Royal duties but KM was reportedly still not out and about.

Now it seems that both are seen separately with their own friends seemingly getting on with their lives as individuals more frequenly. Is this the new game introduced by the new advisors?

PW then slips another variable into the mix. He says (but Royal sources deny) that early in 2010 he will be taking a break from his SAR traing to go on a Commonwealth tour. Not an Australian or Canadian tour , but a Commonwealth tour which could be of several months duration.

If he is to realistically continue his training and operational duties as a SAR pilot following this on/off tour how many years is it to continue be fore he settles down to his heritage, and yet again where does that leave KM?

Surely it would be better to finish his training and operational tours of duty then marry ( if he really intends to) KM and introduce her on an extended Commonwealth tour.

But perhaps this ‘tour’ may be the honeymoon he and KM may be planning for early 2010.

Who knows but the way PW blows hot and cold in the manner of his attendance with and to KM anything is possible but I do not see a marriage taking place before PW finishes his service career. With 33 reported helicopter accidents (less than 20% on active service) during the past thirteen months KM could be left high and dry as the dowager mother of a future sovereign should the unexpected happen and KM’s life be put on hold yet again .

The whole thing with William & Kate is that their relationship is more advanced than Andrew & Sarah’s relationship back in the day. Kate has been given time to adjust to the spotlight while Sarah was just thrown in. Kate is now very use to the spotlight and knows how to handle things now. I think the couple is enjoying the peace this year because next year could get really interesting.
