Prince William speeds to Polo Match on Motorbike

Daily MailPrince William turned up to a polo match on his beloved Ducati superbike, looking more rebel than royal. Clad in black leathers and helmet, he turned heads as he roared into the Coworth Park club in Ascot, Berkshire.

He did, however, give a nod to his role as future king by wearing patriotic knee sliders featuring the Cross of St George.

After parking at the polo, the prince whipped off his leathers and swapped the bike for a less powerful mount.

He was playing in the Westbury Shield alongside younger brother Harry to raise funds for The Tusk Trust, an elephant conservation charity, and Sentebale, Harry’s charity for African Aids orphans.

    Book Update

The site of the Independent Publishers Group have changed the date of the book William & Kate Celebrating a Royal Romance being published from June 2009 to September 2009. I don’t know if they know something or they are guessing. It is interesting though that they put the date in Sept. To be fair no other book company that I saw had a prediction for a publisher’s date.

I didn’t know that Robin Nunn took Charles & Camilla’s Christmas picture in 2007.

I too am very excited about this book. I see several scenarios. First,Robin may have gotten the green light for a sept release from someone “in the know”. Second,he could be banking on the Balmoral visit. or Third, he could have edited the book to get it out there, removing any unapproved images. I just hope it gets released this time. I want it very badly myself, with or without this darn announcement.

My theory Lisa is that they are banking on the Balmoral visit. I’m still thinking that it is way too early for an announcement this year. I would love to see the book however and I eagerly await it’s arrival..

I perused one of Robin Nunn’s book in the library. Don’t expect any inside information. Remember, Nunn is essentially a photographer, and his narrative is all about Royal PR.

I don’t think Robin Nunn’s book is full of information but a collection of professional pictures of the royal couple and a little info on the pictures. It may contain a some stories as well. At this time, Robin is probably updating the book and getting it ready for it’s official release.
