Yet another story that I simply don't believe. Ms. Phillips' wedding and Prince William's would be entirely different events. The prince is second in line to the throne; his wedding, whoever his bride turns out to be, will be a major public event. His cousin is not royal, and her brother's wedding was a private affair, not a vastly expensive state occasion, as it should not have been.

Moreover, the Queen, by all accounts, is very fond of this granddaughter. She is not going to tell Ms. Phillips, "No, dear, you have to remain in limbo until William makes up his mind." There is no reason why a low-key, extended-family wedding cannot take place within the same six-month period as a much more extravagant event. If Ms. Phillips truly wants to get married, she will, with the support and blessing of her grandmother, whenever the event takes place.

Once again, lacking true royal drama on which to report, the tabloids are simply making it up as they go along.

Evening,

Here is another artical expressing the same issue on William & Zara weddings.

http://www.google.com/translate?u=svenskdam.se/&sl=sv&tl=en

Lisa and jbk I agree. I think starting last year, William really began to embrace his destiny. This year we have seen him very little due to his training but last year with his wings ceremony, Order of the Garter and the many engagements he performed, he seemed to have accepted his royal position.

jbk, I'm waiting to see what next year will bring for William & Kate. CH did deny Jobson's idea of a two year wait but I just think it's not that far off. We just have to wait and see.

William's overall demeanor seems very happy and at ease. That makes me very happy for him knowing the trauma he suffered losing his mother the way he did when he was just 15. He has a big job ahead of him but from what he has shown in his appearances this year, he is beginning to embrace it,which is good.

Prince William performs so splendidly in his Royal role. He looks so much the young dapper Royal Prince.

Since no engagement came this summer, I'm wondering if William won't marry until he's in his thrties. It is good that he is waiting and taking his time.

Lisa, I am also impressed with William's ease and comfortable with his public engagements nowadays, and he is also funny, which is good.

Thanks for that video. I wondered how he reacted to the spider and now I know! Wills impresses me because he seems so unaffected by his status and future role.

William is so handsome and really appears to be more and more comfortable with his role. Diana would be very proud of him. Now just imagine the "star power" of Prince William and Princess Catherine. :)
