Why Chelsy tops League of the Ladies in Waiting – Herald.ie (scroll down page)
Damn that girl’s got sass. If anyone can resuscitate the mothballed institution that is the Royals, my money’s on uber cool Ms Davy. Chelsy may be aristocratic and well bred but she screams attitude. She has that slightly brazen appeal… Chelsy has the makings of a Sienna-style, style icon…

Well, the crapola’s going to hit the fan now, but good. I can just imagine it: every day, the DM, or the Telegraph, or the Express, has a story about how PW is sidling up to JC and KM is protecting her territory, or endless variations of same.

Do people in the UK really read these “newspapers”?

Phoebe I thought the samething when I came across that artical. I hope they work out their differnces and get back on track.

I had started to wonder why we didn’t hear anything about a wedding between Jecca & Hugh.

That is shocking news. I have also been puzzled from time to time as to why there had not been more wedding news.

I think it was a good idea to call it off though if there were doubts. Better in the long run.

I don’t see it posted here, so I’ll go ahead and throw up a link to it – the DM’s got an article up about Chelsy and Harry going on a safari with a group of friends – it says that Chelsy doesn’t want the media attention, but why? They lavish her with praise – even the article at the top of this post has another “Chelsy is the best thing for the royal family” article. If they get married ( which I figure they will – at this point, they’ve been together for so long and they seem to really care about each other ) she’ll have to get used to the media attention – and no one else in the royal family or Kate has it as good as her.

Anyway ( my post is too long now, sorry ) here’s a link to the article.

I hope (even though I know it won’t happen) that the press would leave Harry & Chelsy alone so they can work things out and get back on track. It’s good that they are trying to keep things very low key.

Phoebe I hope no one will try to start up rumors about Jecca & William because I think it would be senseless to do so.

Yes, I saw that comment, AJ… “Chelsy is the best thing for the royal family.” And, quite frankly, I don’t see how. She’d have an even harder time of it than Sarah did. Right or wrong, at least Sarah’s heart was in the right place, but I think Chelsy would be dragged along kicking and screaming.
