I assume she knows how to behave and it would be in bad taste for ANYONE to drink excessively on such an occasion. Regarding Charles and Camilla's visit to Canada…I don’t think the issue is the monarchy as much as it is Charles and his wife. He (and the RF) should have appreciated a good thing when he/they had it. I hope it will be different for Kate Middleton.
