Prince Harry’s Zimbabwean girlfriend had been due to start a traineeship with top London law firm Allen and Overy but she has deferred until September 2010 as she has been given a bursary to travel the world.
‘She and Harry plan to go to South Africa for the New Year and they are hoping to be able to get to Lesotho.’ Sources say the couple, who have only just rekindled their on-off five-year relationship, plan to stay together while Chelsy embarks on her travels.
Harry is keen for Chelsy to socialise with her group of friends and to not be constrained by Royal protocol. ‘That was the problem in their relationship before. Chelsy likes to be her own person and Harry realises and respects that.’
Meanwhile Prince Harry is also expanding his horizons… Harry has swapped a kiss on the cheek with another fella for a Stella Artois lager!
Male admirer Rocky Bennett got a smacker from Prince Harry in exchange for a little bottle. The starstruck 21-year-old made his cheeky move when he spotted the royal boozing in a club.

I assume that her excellence as a student is somehow involved in winning this bursary. It actually may be a very prestigious award, related to research or studies, and well worth our admiration.
And yet… I will not be surprised it the situation turn out to be otherwise.
You don’t win it or get awarded it; you get given it if you voluntary choose to defer when asked.
We don’t know if this story is true so I will take this with a grain of salt.
A bursary is given to those with the qualifications fulfilled. Not just any student or person can get it.
It’s great Chelsy and Harry are together.

Good for Chelsy if it true.She should live her responsibly but doing and enjoying the things a 24 year old should be doing, which so far she has been doing.

I’m totally sure that in years to come Kate and her family will be praised for the way they handled themselves and the press during the time she was just a royal girlfriend. If Chelsey can mamage to handle herself with the same grace she should be proud of herself. So far she has behaved as if she doesn’t see a future for her in the royal family.
I can see Diana more in Chelsy. She has the attitude and confidence to do her own thing. That may not be always a good thing if you are married/in a relationship with a Royal, but I would gladly, in a heartbeat, choose to support her than Katie. Just my opinion guys.

This gal could be anybody but I have long felt that Kate had some sort of female security person who goes with her while she is out alone without William in public. Interesting too that both last night and tonight Kate has been seen out in London. Again,this is where I believe she is living, not Buckleberry. JMO.

Kate has been spotted out a lot on her own lately. I just have to wonder what is going on. First her alone on a sat morning at an airport. The event where she and pw were to together but no pictures together and he left without her and no picture of them coming in together and then he was alone coming out of the bar and now all these sightings alone Does the daily star know it is off with kate and william, hence so is the press agreement? I just wondered with the palace moving towards the 2012 date, did he get cold feet again and did he tell her not 2011 as I am too busy? Ked’s song if he meant the original was not about covering wrong doings. It was about marrying your true love before battle and dieing with the ring on your finger meaning you are married. The only one going to battle is harry and his girl is blonde and blue eyed. But what about the helicopters falling out of the sky? Wssnt that a danger. I hope that people will realize that Kate was out showing her support for this project film and that it has nothing to do with the status of her royal relationship. I see on the other forums that they think there’s some trouble in paradise because she attended this event. I don’t know why people are so quick to say things like that. They never seem to give this girl a break.

Good morning guys..all in all it looked like a nice evening for Kate and her friends. I do wish the press would lay off the wedding speculation. It has become tiresome. I love that blue dress, it is gorgeous on her!
Regarding the comments on the other site. I have come to a point where I think many of these posters are young and are treating the situation like it is a TV/reality show, not real life. I have read the comments and there is no other explanation. Several of them take each situation that come up and finds a way to embellish it to make it like Kate is on the outs with William or they are fighting etc. The best thing to do,IMO, is to laugh it off. Eventually they will get bored and move on to something/someone else. It’s a shame in a way because it has really marred that site with a bad reputation and the moderators seem helpless to control it and it seems like they have tried.
They are being watched (dog) as far as I know by 5 guests, who aren’t random, if you know what I mean.

I see some anger but mostly a creative way of changing reality. Suggesting Kate showed up at this party or that event “hoping to run into William” or he was angry she was there and so on. Most of it is harmless and exists in the minds of the person but there are a few who do go a bit overboard and should probably be asked to tone it down. Everyone sees things a little differently but some of what I read over there is pure fantasy.

Well well, that sounds like Chelsy after 8 months off hoping to run into Harry.
But why would someone who dislikes Kate say that? when the couple have spent (keeping it short and concise last semester): Mustique, Wedding, Countryside shoot at friends house, Polo. Sightings at restaurant, cinema, etc.
Me,I have no idea. I suppose they don’t like the reality so they are creating their own. It’s just like how some think William avoided Kate at the Starlight event or that she booked the table because she knew he would be there. It is perplexing to say the least. I do find myself amused to see what they will come up with next.
OT: I am not fond of Kate’s boots,especially with this outfit but I think she may wear them because she is uncomfortable with her height in heels and the boots are flat. Just a thought…
Oh, KM looks so pretty! It is SO nice to see her out in public having fun. I was getting worried that she was just sitting at home all the time.

I have been very vocal about negativity & bashing for bashing sake, so no one cam accuse me of being two faced. Loverly re. Charity! Sounds like a much more organized united front for the boys. I am impressed with what they have chosen to do with the money. Given it was divorce money once charles then dianas it is nice that this positive charity comes out of it. My thoughts are that William is getting better guidance then he was before and that there is a more unfied and centralized approach to the boys and Charles’ affairs.

What is a bursary – a lot of people on the DM website were writing in to complain that Chelsy was getting one because she had money. I thought it was just time off, but they make it sound like the university would be paying for her traveling.
