I am almost certain their would be a prenup. They were the rage amongst the aristocrats in the Queen mothers day and so this tradition would have been passed down I am sure.

With regard to pre-nuptial agreements: apparently they were only found to be legally enforceable in the UK this year. On the other hand, there are pre-nups and then there are pre-nups: I understand that Mary Donaldson signed one before she married Fred which did not deal with money, but which said that she would no seek custody of any children if they ever divorced. But it is correct that anyone party to the proceedings who would reveal such information would be at risk of firing, at best, or disbarment at worst.

And as they said there Me pre-nups are not big in the uk. I have no idea if Diana and Fergie signed one or Autumn Kelly for that matter. Would Kate have to sign one?? I don’t believe that this info is true. Who on earth would worth risking their jobs… If that were what was going on only a certain few people who would know and all of their jobs would be a risk for leaking that type of information.

I think Me got her information from a gossip website. If I am wrong, I apologize. One of the comments had to do with the 2012 date being all wrong. This person is quoted as saying the prenup has been signed. The wedding will take place the theird week in May. Scroll down through the comments.
