    Haha Harry one :)

  • AJ #4 - February 5, 2010 at 8:45 am

I was just wondering-they’d both be back at their military bases training now, wouldn’t they? Since they have finished their official royal duties for awhile.

  • kd #5 - February 5, 2010 at 9:05 am

Gosh, I miss the days when the young royals would go out on a Thursday night and we would get to see new pics of KM on Friday mornings.

  • jj #6 - February 5, 2010 at 9:40 am

Kd so do I but I guess it lead to too many problems and didn’t show that they were a serious couple heading in the aisle direction. We still don’t know that they are.. We hope of course…

  • Me #7 - February 5, 2010 at 9:45 am

AJ, yes both brothers are in training, nevertheless when a royal duty arises, they have to attend.

  • Wm4King. #8 - February 5, 2010 at 11:26 am

So Edward was given a cherry tree and Anne and Andrew collected some fun swagger.

I like those Twitter alerts about William’s girl and have to smile at Charles pleas of abuse. What a drama knave.;)

  • Hale #9 - February 5, 2010 at 12:47 pm

kd, I miss those days also. Still, both the princes have come under criticism over here for their nights on the town, so I guess it’s good that when we do see them it isn’t as often. Especially, at a time when the economy is doing so badly.

By the way, last year I spent a day at BP. The ballroom there held a special exhibition about the her first Commonwealth tour as Queen in 1953.

    Part of the exhibition consisted of her wardrobe which was mostly designed by Norman Hartnell, and included many of the gifts she received on her tour;

From Australia a silver boomerang, a model of a bus from a Caribbean country and a couple of wall hangings from various African nations. There was so much I cannot remember half of the exhibits. Some were grand, but many were gifts made by local village craftsman.

  • Hale #10 - February 5, 2010 at 12:49 pm

Sorry, what I meant to say above is that occasionally we see them emerging from a club, but not as much as we used to.

Still, their harshest critics choose to forget that and just harp onto both their earlier days.

  • Rman #11 - February 5, 2010 at 1:20 pm

    Good Evening,

Frankly, I don’t miss those days when the princes and their girlfriends went out on the town on a regular bases. I just think it caused too much confusion on the royal forums. I like that they now go out once in a blue moon.

Has anyone ever thought why there hasn’t been engagment announsments as of yet, eight years later…..ugggg the waiting totally sucks, well maybe the prince and miss kate are actually husband and wife. Maybe the cute little couple will actually announce to the world that they were actually married years ago when we all see them carting around a little bundle of joy!!!!

  • Clover #19 - February 5, 2010 at 6:11 pm

    Christine,

    Hello,

It seems that journalists are paying attention to our posts and reacting with additions drawn from so many sources.

Of more interest this last few days has been the reaction of the Law to our Privacy Rights or lack of them in the case of the England footballer who was suitably chastised (rightfully or wrongly) in and by the press.

Interestingly, today his position as a leader of the English Football team has been taken from him for Adultery with the Ex Girlfriend of a colleague! Now where have I seen a higher ranked case dealt with in a lot less severe manner without any demotion. Perhaps the detail is in the scale but I hope it’s not catching?

  • Hale #33 - February 5, 2010 at 6:58 pm

I wondered what all this talki about embargo was all about? Now I know. It is this.

  • AJ #36 - February 5, 2010 at 7:35 pm

Ked – that’s funny, I’ve been following that story for days now – and I know nothing about English Football team. It’s quite the soap opera – England’s own Tiger Woods drama, only the girl is more Tiger Woods than the guy because they keep mentioning all the guys she’s linked to. Sounds like the guy they got to replace him isn’t much better in the morality department. You’re the only other person I’ve heard following it.

I have a funny theory. Kate and william are engaged from the 14 february and they go to open Malborough College together on the 23 february. Kate studied at the College when she was a young girl, it’snt it?

What do you think of this one ?

  • Phoebe #51 - February 6, 2010 at 6:49 am

It’s not Marlborough College. It’s St. John’s College in Marlborough. They are two different schools.

  • Lisa #52 - February 6, 2010 at 8:39 am

Ok,guys,I think the closer we get to the end of feb,the more interesting things will become. Fingers crossed! Happy weekend all! :)

  • Me #53 - February 6, 2010 at 9:20 am

Whatever they have maped out in the timetable, both parties will keep the utmost low profile until engagement (or break-up) is announced.

Too much see us in public, press makes the public hype up, then nothing happens. I think they’ve calendared it since 2008.

That Holly Branson DM story and the photo connections of the who is who, is not new. There you have and example of rehashing stories, adding the tidbit of Beatrice joining the marathon, which was reported about 2 weeks ago by the same tabloid. They are just filling in space.

On another note, any photos of the reception and lunch of the RBS 6 Nations. The England V Wales will comence at 5 pm UK.

  • Me #54 - February 6, 2010 at 9:27 am

On another note, its strange we do not have any kind of news about Chelsy Davy’s whereabouts.

It is very confussing when the press state that she will be studying until June and start gap year thereoff until September 2011. While other press state that she’s already gapping.
