According to British newspaper, News of the World, Kate Middleton has been secretly preparing a portfolio of photographs in preparation for her first exhibition.
130 Comments »The girlfriend of Prince William – often slammed for being workshy – is said to be “exhilarated” after landing the deal for an exhibition of her work.
We can reveal the 28 year old has been secretly preparing a portfolio of pictures for months while living with Wills, also 28, in Wales.
Kate – who studied photography as part of her History of Art degree – is now finalising details of the London show due to take place later this year.
Our insider told us: “This is Kate’s passion. She has always wanted to be a photographer since she was a student.
Among Kate’s best work to be exhibited in the autumn is a hazy sunset. There is also a brilliant wild seascape. It’s hoped the show will raise money for charity.

Kate Middleton was all smiles yesterday as she watched Prince William take part in a polo match.
The 28-year-old beamed as she chatted with a male friend in the glorious sunshine at the Beaufort Polo Club in Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
Wearing a belted light green summer dress and carrying an enormous bag, she was there to watch her Royal boyfriend and his brother Prince Harry compete in a charity event.
William, 28, and his 25-year-old brother were taking part in the Chakravarty Cup and were left with big smiles on their faces after their team won the match.

The article and photos have since disappeared from their website without explanation. Were they removed at the request of lawyers? Should they have posted them in the first place? We’re keen to know your opinion…

Dressed casually and hidden behind geeky steel-framed glasses, William popped into the modest McColl’s mini-market in the small town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, North Wales, last Sunday night.
Shop assistant Sioned Compton recognised him immediately, and as he presented his basket at her checkout, she excitedly exclaimed: ‘Oh my God! You’re Prince William, aren’t you?’
But William just looked down at his feet and muttered: ‘No. No, I’m not.’ Embarrassed that she had spoken ‘out of turn’, the 22-year-old checkout girl did not press the issue, and proceeded to put his shopping through the till.
Ringing up the necessities for a lazy night in – two frozen stonebaked-style pepperoni pizzas, a bag of McCain frozen chips, an iceberg lettuce, a bag of salad leaves, a bottle of Tropicana orange juice and two bottles of water – the bill came to £12.60…

A source said: “Kate has been the soul of discretion throughout her relationship with William so she was never likely to speak to the newspapers but Clarence House wanted it in writing. It’s not very romantic but it shows how serious the relationship is.”
The Sunday Express has learned that royal insiders do not expect them to tie the knot until 2013. Speculation that they plan to marry in 2012 to coincide with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee is wide of the mark, according to sources who say Palace staff do not want anything to upstage Her Majesty’s landmark occasion.
As one source put it: “There’s a sense Kate has been told to put up and shut up which is all well and good for William but doesn’t do much for her own reputation. She’s being portrayed as a doormat when she is anything but.”
