Princess Beatrice’s Slim New Look

Her curves have come under criticism in the past, but Princess Beatrice is fighting back with a knock-out new body.

The 20-year-old looked in incredible form as she left London’s Mayfair Hotel with her mother Sarah Ferguson last night after attending the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust charity gala.

She put her slimmed down physique on show in a stylish dress, cinching in her smaller waistline with a thick patent belt.

Chelsy, Beatrice and Pippa attend Sister Act

Princess Beatrice with boyfriend Dave ClarkThey know the royal routine so well they may as well be family. So Chelsy Davy and Pippa Middleton were the perfect companions on Princess Beatrice’s girls’ night out to see Sister Act.

The trio arrived at the London Palladium in the West End to watch the musical adaptation of the hit 1992 film.

Last night’s charity performance was put on in aid of the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund, the Ugandan orphan charity of which Princes William and Harry are patrons.

Other guests included Beatrice’s boyfriend Dave Clark and Richard Branson’s daughter Holly. (via Daily Mail)

She’s usually photographed coming out of a nightclub or even attending the odd fashion show, but today Princess Beatrice made some time for royalty’s favourite sport, a polo match.

The 20-year-old and her boyfriend Dave Clark looked in high spirits as they attended the Polo In The Park Finals at London’s The Huntingham Club.

While Beatrice remained a spectator, across town her other cousins, Princes William and Harry, were at the HAM Polo Club, although they were involved in the match. (via Daily Mail)

Princess Beatrice turns up late for New Job

The 20-year-old daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York got stuck in a traffic jam in her chauffeur-driven car after an accident. Her car was not involved in the crash.

The Princess is a fortnight into a six-week placement with a six-strong communications team. In her unpaid role she advises Britons travelling abroad how to stay safe and healthy.

A source said:

‘Beatrice thought that rather than swanning around on holiday all summer, she would rather work at a thrusting Government department. She is thoroughly enjoying her work in Whitehall.’

24/7 Protection to be reviewed for ‘junior’ Royals

Seems Princess Eugenie’s gap-year hi-jinx have prompted a review of around-the-clock protection for junior members of the royal family. The Sun reports

Experts believe the bill for ensuring the security of the entire family may have topped the £50million mark. The review will look at where the money is spent and whether some younger family members actually need the current level of protection.

A senior Royal source said: “Few people would begrudge working members of the Royal family adequate security arrangements. However, their is growing unease at the sheer costs involved in offering round-the-clock protection to non-working members of the family.

“The only thing the public see is bodyguards being used as glorified taxi drivers to ferry young members of the family to and from nightclubs.

Princess Eugenie, sixth in line of succession to the British throne, was a surprise guest, dancing the night away under the guard of several members of the UK Metropolitan Police. The princess secretly flew into Sydney last week, and made a surprise appearance at the music festival with Holly Branson, daughter of Virgin founder Sir Richard.

“I love it here – it’s amazing. I love Sydney. I’m here with my friends.”
