The Queen’s granddaughter and the England rugby player have put in an offer on a six-bedroom converted barn which comes with planning permission for a stable yard – perfect for the world champion equestrian’s 14 horses.
Nimrod’s Barn, in Upper Kilcott, Gloucestershire, comes with 43 acres of land, a country-style kitchen complete with Aga cooker, and a tree-lined drive. It also boasts stunning panoramic views across the Cotswolds.
